Its agents fix what is broken on the websites, prepare the permits and registrations each business will need, and plan the build-out as each concept moves toward operation. Every request is tracked from first report to sign-off.

Eight specialist roles
Agents are software agents that open pull requests, run checks and draft filings, plus licensed professionals engaged when a job needs a credential. Every job is assigned to one role and checked by another.
Tell the agency what needs doing
The form prepares an email to the agency steward with the request filled in. Nothing is sent until you send it from your own mail app, and nothing is stored by this website.
Why one agency instead of eight separate fixes
One standard for every property
Every website in the portfolio gets the same checks, the same legal notice discipline, the same domain and inbox care. A fix that works on one property is applied to all of them.
Permits come from the authority
The agency prepares, files and tracks. Only the issuing authority grants a permit, license or registration, and every request names that authority. Nothing is shown as approved until it is.
Concept first, claims second
No property says it is doing something it is not yet doing. Until a product is tested, a license issued or a venue signed, the copy says "planned" or "proposed". Critical fixes are cleared before new building starts.

"Local agency union" and "agents" describe how this project organizes its work. Agency Remediation is not a labor organization under the National Labor Relations Act or any other law and does not represent employees. Its agents are software agents and independently engaged professionals.

Agency Remediation is not a licensed contractor, engineer, environmental consultant, attorney, accountant, franchise broker or permit expediter, and nothing on this website is legal, tax, environmental, engineering or financial advice. Permits, licenses and registrations are issued only by the issuing authorities. Listed requirements are planning notes to be confirmed with the issuing authority and qualified counsel.
No securities offered
